Environmental Pollutants (ENVP) 2026

A new interdisciplinary annual conference titled “Environmental Pollutants 2026” is taking place on the 28 September 2026 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About Conference

Environmental Pollutants 2026 is a new annual conference focused on contaminants across environmental and food systems. It brings together researchers, regulators, and industry professionals to share knowledge, discuss current challenges, and strengthen collaboration across scientific and applied fields.

This new conference is jointly organized by the Partnership for Environmental Pollutants, a collaborative initiative established by leading researchers from University of Copenhagen, Technical University of Denmark, Aarhus University, Aalborg University, University of Southern Denmark, and Roskilde University.

The congress will take place at Eigtveds Pakhus, Copenhagen, Denmark, on Monday, 28 September 2026.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Present your work with a poster at the Environmental Pollutants 2026 Congress. The abstract submission is open. Use the form to submit your abstract for the poster exhibition. Abstracts must be submitted in English and may not exceed 2,000 characters, including spaces.

As part of your submission, please:

  • Provide at least three relevant keywords to help categorize your abstract.
  • Indicate whether you would like to be considered for a poster flash presentation.

Abstracts may be submitted within any field related to environmental pollutants and are not restricted to the six themes selected for this year’s congress. We especially encourage MSc students, PhD students, and postdoctoral researchers to present their work.

Up to 18 abstracts will be selected by the session chairs for a poster flash presentation. Selected presenters will have 5 minutes and a maximum of 3 slides to present their work.

  • Plastics and Micro Plastics
  • PFAS
  • NonTarget Screening
  • Treatment of contaminated water
  • Air Pollution
  • Ecotoxicology
