Wageningen University and Research is seeking a PhD student to assess the sublethal effects of psychotropics on aquatic species, populations and ecosystems.
Psychotropics are designed to affect the nervous system. They are known to affect aquatic organisms at very low and environmentally relevant concentrations. The PhD projects aims to assess the effects of psychotropics at the individual, population as well as the ecosystem level, using laboratory, microcosm and mesocosm experiments.
