The Water Research Network Baden-Württemberg is hosting a two-day symposium themed “Environmental Risks in Water Research – Inter- and Transdisciplinary Evaluations and Perspectives” in Karlsruhe on 15-16 January 2018.

The symposium will focus on environmental risks in the field of water, split in two sessions: “Risks arising from pollutants in the water cycle” and “Risks arising from extreme events”. The aim is to present approaches and methods from different disciplines and enhance integrative approaches in water research. The event includes keynote lectures, a poster forum and a workshop for early career scientists.

The abstract submission deadline for poster presentations is 26 November 2017. The registration deadline is 15 December 2017.
