The Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (Eawag) is hiring a PostDoc to predict acute toxicity through machine learning in ecotoxicology.
The position is part of a project focused on the development of machine learning models for ecotoxicology, trained on pre-existing databases of in-vivo and in-vitro assays. The overarching goal is to assess whether in-vivo experiments can be at least partly replaced, and to identify trends of toxic sensitivity through different taxa.
Application deadline: 16 April 2021
