The RECETOX Centre of Masaryk University in the Czech Republic offers 2 PhD positions within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie European Training Network “Best chemical risk assessment professionals for maximum Ecosystem Services benefit (PRORISK)”.
PRORISK, comprised of 18 universities, research institutions, enterprises and partner organisations in nine European countries and Canada, creates a novel platform for training a network of Early Stage Researchers (ESR) in the field of advanced environmental risk assessment.
The ESR4 position will focus on linking metabolic and reproduction disruptions after exposures to novel flame retardants. The ESR8 position will aim at linking retinoid and thyroid hormone signaling disruption with adverse effects on early development.
The RECETOX Centre is focused on research and education in the area of Environment and Health and develops interdisciplinary expertise in multiple international research teams.
